Linda Hartley, experienced teacher of Body-Mind Centering® and Authentic Movement, and author of Wisdom of the Body Moving, will lead these two one day workshops. Each day will include an embodied exploration of aspects of Infant Movement Development; this process can support, clarify and strengthen the foundations of our movement.
The practice and discipline of Authentic Movement will deepen these explorations; on day two, the art of witnessing will also be introduced. Both days are open to all, and can be taken alone or together. They can also serve as an introduction to a 3-year ISMETA approved training programme, which Linda will be offering from September 2012.
