I graduated with First Class Honours in Naturopathy from the University of Westminster and have an additional five years experience as a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist in private practice. As a Holistic therapist I use my clinical skills to treat the person as a whole, from the inside out, with a focus not on the symptoms of illness, but its possible root causes. Over a course of consultations I will therefore address several factors which may contribute to ill health, such as diet; digestive organ health and nutritional deficiencies; postural alignment; muscle tension and breathing dysfunctions; emotional blockages and lifestyle choices. In the first consultation a patient can expect a thorough clinical evaluation, with follow up sessions tailored in accordance to the patient’s needs. Treatment plans may include dietary adjustments and education; cleansing diets and supplementation; exercise and relaxation techniques; and detoxification treatments such as castor oil packs, lymphatic pumps and constitutional hydrotherapy. Emotional health and the stress load may also be addressed, with treatment including prescription of herbal remedies and Bach Flower Remedies. If applicable may also prescribe a course of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sessions, a dynamic “tapping” treatment which may help to release long-standing emotional issues by stimulating various acupuncture points along the meridians. I practice Therapeutic massage and Reflexology both as stand-alone treatments and as a complement to Naturopathic protocols. Reflexology, in particular, has been shown to be beneficial in producing a relaxation response, releasing myofascial and nervous tension and stimulating circulation. Prices:
