Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Mondays from 8pm - 9pm - Studio 3

Vinyasa Flow Yoga designed to tone, build stamina, flexibility and calm the mind.

Emily teaches a joyful, creative and intelligent flow style that can be easily adapted to different levels and abilities. Creating a warm and comfortable environment to practice in, encourage beginners to come and find out what all the fuss is about, trusting yoga to sell itself.
Yoga is the union of mind, body and spirit.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and powerful style of yoga. You will gain a good level of fitness through regular practice and slowly increasing the poses you do, adapting the intensity of each poses and the flow speed. Each pose creates a different shape and different depth of stretch and strength depending on the individual. Everyone's body is different and no matter how far you are into a posture you will still be gaining an enormous benefit.

Yoga is time for ones self, it is your practice and you can do as much or as little your body will allow, this may alter from day to day. Always listen to the body and not to the mind. This can mean pushing yourself a little further sometimes and not allowing the mind to let you give up or on the other hand sometimes our body needs nurturing always be aware of your body's calling.

Emily is fun and bubbly her two passions in life are yoga and acting so you can only imagine the character that this creates.
