Hatha Yoga
with Sian O’Neill
Wednesdays 7:00–8:00pm, Studio 1A

Hatha yoga is a centuries old tradition that includes
postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to
help balance the body and mind.
In this class, Sian focuses on breath awareness and alignment in postures
and movement, helping students to develop strength and lightness in
their practice.
Sian believes in the transformational power of yoga whether your aim
is to stretch and de-stress at the end of a busy day and/or to find
that inner quiet which you can access at any time.
Sian has been fortunate enough to learn from eminent and experienced
practitioners such as Shiva Rea, Doug Keller and Max Strom as well her
wise and skilful tutors at Yogacampus, one of the UK’s leading
yoga teaching training centres (and British Wheel of Yoga accredited).
This class is suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those
with more experience. Everyone is very welcome!
Cost: £8/ £6 (concession, including for
teachers and therapists at Movingartsbase)
