Tai Chi is sometimes known as meditation in movement. It is an ancient Chinese practice that incorporates the mind, body and spirit. Tai Chi is a continuous series of postures. Practised slowly and gracefully it produces deep relaxation so that the internal energy (Chi) can circulate freely. It promotes a calm stress-free mind and flexible body.
Qi Gong is translated as ‘Breath Work’. It is an easy to learn system of energy enhancing exercises that co-ordinate movement, breath and inner concentration. The aim of practising Qi Gong is to gently build vitality by harmonising your Chi..

About the teacher:
Barry has dedicated over 20 years to the practice of Martial Arts and other bodywork. From this experience he utilises a very hands-on approach in his teaching. Focusing on one-to-one attention for individual and specific needs he encourages all students to explore new boundaries, so gaining their full potential .
