Therapeutic Movement
with Sissy Lykou

Tuesdays, 8:15-9:15pm – Studio 3

Through Therapeutic Movement classes we will explore the potential of our body and movement to lead us directly to the core of our emotional complexes. With the use of choreographed movement sequences, improvisational movement, group rituals and interactions therapeutic movement aims to achieve an understanding of 'wholeness'; a healthy body, an awareness of movement and body, feelings and thoughts. All individuals have a deeper true potential in expressing themselves; during these sessions we will try to explore this potential and engage with stimuli for broadening the movement repertoire. Wear comfy clothes, bring your body and mind with you and be ready to find some fun and vitality in just 60 minutes!
