| Classes Gyrokinesis® group classes with with Cherie Love Tuesdays 5:30–7pm - Studio 10 Gyrokinesis is a seated and floor workout that fluidly moves the entire body through natural movements stimulating the core, the spine and the joints at the same time. The breathing patterns performed with every movement awaken and strengthen your nervous system, opening up energy pathways, oxygenating the blood and stimulating the internal organs. Gyrokinesis also strengthens the core and improves flexibility, coordination, balance and range of motion. No previous experience is necessary. Scoliosis and other structural limitations led Cherie to find Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis exercise, which have helped her to free the restrictions in her body and strengthen it by balancing internal connection with stretch and flow. Cherie aims to help you find a strong connection to your body so you can improve your core stability, fluidity, flexibility and co-ordination. She uses techniques from Yoga, Qi Gong and dance as well to help you expand your breath capacity, re-energise your body and move with more strength, centeredness and grace. Back to Classes
