Classes Hatha Yoga is based on the Sivananda system which combines proper relaxation, breathing exercises (pranayama) and flowing physical postures (asanas) that stretch and strengthen the body. Hatha Yoga uses the breath to soften and open the body and to relax the mind. Katharine is trained Sivananda yoga teacher, experienced facilitator and performer. She combines a sense of fun with a strong emphasis on relaxation and presence. Classes are open to all - regardless of age, flexibility or knowledge
of yoga so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just curious, please feel
free to drop in.
