Classes Level Enjoy a dynamic and flowing practice syncing the rhythm of the breath with the movement of the body. Focus will be on creating a heat, using breath and exploring your own capacity. Work at a deeper level to feel healthier, stronger and revitalized. Increase core strength, flexibility and toning. More importantly find some breathing time! Based on the spirit and traditions of Ashtanga Yoga and influenced by other styles, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is versatile, dynamic and creative. It can be as strong or as light as you need but is always fluid in motion and takes any challenges with positivity. Each practice will open and close with a meditative savasana (relaxation) in order for you to gain every benefit from the practice. So discover a new deeper strength and flexibility in body, mind and soul. Bring a mat; make some time for you... And get your Yoga on!!! A bit about my background: Dedicated to my Ashtanga practice over the last 10 years, through a career in acting and living a busy lifestyle, I found Yoga brought me to a place of clarity, balance and self awareness as well as increasing my physical strength, flexibility and health in mind and body. Most importantly to remember to breathe! This discovery in the positivity I felt and increasing practice brought me to train in Ashtanga Yoga with Himalaya Yoga Valley, India (internationally certified by Yoga Alliance). With the combination of my background in acting and movement it has brought a fun, individual and creative vision to my practice and teaching. And I am forever learning still.
