is a beautifully designed and well-managed centre with chill-out spaces,
kitchens and Wi-Fi access.
We provide affordable, high quality facilities for rehearsal, education,
research and development.

Six spacious light-filled studios and five private treatment 1:1 rooms
are a fitting foundation for practitioners to develop their work and
extend it to the greater community.

NEW STUDIOS 1A&B as seen on
BBC's Strictly Come Dancing
We are very pleased to say that Studio 1 (1A/1B) has
been busy with an incredible range of activities since opening last
Autumn. These studios can either be hired individually or they can be
opened up into one very large studio.
With a sprung, wooden dance floor (or black harlequin dance floor)
and loads of natural light, this space is suitable for a number of different
activities including Dance, Rehearsals, Classes and Workshops. To find
